Refund and cancellation policy

Pro passes on VideoNote are prepaid for 7, 30 or 365 days and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

If Pro is not right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). We will refund the full amount and end the pass. Payments are processed by OrbitalSpace through Razorpay, so your bank or UPI app may show OrbitalSpace.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but Pro did not turn on, open the Pro window and use "Paid but no Pro?" with your payment ID. If that does not fix it, email us and we will either activate Pro or refund you in full. Duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
