Terms of service

These terms apply to VideoNote at videonote.in, an OrbitalSpace product ("we"), based in India. By using VideoNote you agree to them.

What VideoNote does

VideoNote creates transcripts, notes, timelines, flashcards, quizzes and answers from public videos you link to. Outputs are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against the original video.

Who can use VideoNote

You must be 18 or older, or use VideoNote with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.

Your use

Only submit videos you are allowed to access. Do not use VideoNote to break the law, to infringe copyright, or to overload or attack the service. We may limit or block access that harms the service or other users.

Free and Pro

Free needs no sign-up and covers up to 20 videos a day, each up to 30 minutes, and 3 Ask questions a day. Pro is a prepaid pass for 7, 30 or 365 days, tied to your Google account, and covers up to 60 videos a day, each up to 4 hours, and 150 Ask questions a day. Prices shown are final, with no extra charges at checkout. Passes do not renew automatically. Buying another pass while one is active adds its days to the end of the current pass. Founding prices stay the same for you on every new pass bought while your current pass is active or within 7 days of it ending.

Fair use

The daily limits above keep the service fast and affordable for everyone. We also limit unusually heavy automated use from a single device or network to prevent abuse.

Availability

Some video sites block cloud servers, so a public video may occasionally fail. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
